In System 7, there is an icon to represent any Macintosh type. Gestalt selector returns a resource family ID (窶露CN#窶, 窶亙cl4窶 et 窶亙cl8窶).
Note: if the local file System does not include these resources for a remote machine or a virtual config (version too old), a question mark is displayed instead. The icon is not sent across the network nor saved on disk.
The machine name given here comes from 窶牢TR#窶 id=-16395 resource (the index is given by the 窶藁ach窶 selector). In System 7.5, we get only the generic icon and name.
